Perfect 10 Salon & Spa, LLC is committed to providing the best possible care for our patients. Please make yourself familiar with our policies and procedures as listed below. Our policies have been designed to ensure that you enjoy a truly wonderful experience with us.
Booking Appointments
Please call us at 812-590-6247 or visit our website, Perfectten.us, to book your appointment. We recommend that all appointments are made in advance to best facilitate your preferred date and time. We require a valid credit card at time of booking to secure your appointment.
Arrival
Our clients are asked to arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to their appointment to fill out any paperwork needed. We understand that things come up that are out of your control. Late arrivals can result in a shortened appointment time or will need to be rescheduled based upon the nature of the service you are scheduled for.
Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Perfect 10 Salon & Spa we work with each client to discuss treatment objectives and review likely outcomes, benefits and risks associated with each treatment. We offer individual treatment as well as significantly discounted treatment package options so each client may choose the approach that is best suited for their needs and budget.
Once services are purchased they will not be refunded, however, to ensure our clients always receive the greatest experience at Perfect 10 Salon & Spa unused Perfect 10 service values (cash equivalent for remaining services) can be applied to any other Perfect 10 Salon & Spa service.
For Skin Care Products and Make-up, all sales are final, however, should you have a skin reaction to one of the products, it can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
All injectable treatment sales (such as, but not limited to Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, facials, lash services, or chemical peels) are final; refunds or credits cannot be offered once treatment is completed.
We will be honest in all our dealings with you. Aesthetics is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person. It is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed -- not for a specific result. However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you.
Scheduling your appointment is your acceptance of these policies.
*Cancellation
In an effort to remain timely with our patient flow and allow for optimal client access, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
• All clients are required to pay a $50 deposit at the time of booking an appointment (excluding follow-ups and free consultations) the deposit will be credited to the services rendered, in the event of a no show or cancellation less than 24 hours the deposit will NOT be refunded.
• Appointment times are reserved especially for you. Please be mindful of this if you are unable to keep your appointment. Providing us with a 24 business hour notice will help make this appointment available to another patient.
• In the event that you no-show or cancel less than 24 business hours prior to your scheduled aesthetic appointment you will incur a charge of 20% or $75.00 whichever is less the first time.

Pre Purchased Services
All services purchased prior to date of service, during special pricing or events are good for use for up to one year of purchase date.
Gift Cards
Our gift cards can be purchased at the spa or over the phone. If you purchase a “Get More for Less gift card”, it cannot be used on any discounted services or packages. If you are purchasing as a gift for someone else, it must go in the receivers’ name in our system. The value of the gift card may be exchanged for services and products. They are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The gift card must be presented at the time of service and used within one year. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
Smart Phone Use
In consideration of other guests and to ensure a relaxing spa experience for yourself, we ask that you silence your cell phone and refrain from speaking, participating in live video conversations, or playing any audio or video without the use of headphones. Guests who use smart phones in such a manner will be kindly asked to refrain or to continue outside.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for proper services rendered. No returns for skin care or facial products. At the salon discretion, spa credit may be given on a case-by-case basis.
Personal Property
Some services may require you to remove personal items or jewelry, you may want to leave these items at home as Perfect 10 is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.
Children
For Safety reasons and insurance purposes, children are not permitted in any treatment room. We do not have facilities to care for children and children may not be left unattended in waiting area. We hope that you understand we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment.
