Perfect 10 Salon & Spa, LLC

Guest Policies & Procedures


Perfect 10 Salon & Spa is a luxury salon space and wellness destination that hosts a collection of independent, licensed professionals. Each provider practicing within Perfect 10 operates their own business and maintains responsibility for their services, scheduling, pricing, and client care.


By scheduling an appointment at Perfect 10, you acknowledge and accept the policies outlined below.


Booking Appointments

Appointments may be scheduled by:

• Calling 812-590-6247
• Visiting Perfectten.us
• Or contacting your individual provider directly


Perfect 10 provides administrative,payment and scheduling support; however, each independent provider maintains authority over their individual services and service policies.


We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.


Appointment Confirmation


As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent via text and/or email prior to your scheduled visit.

If a cancellation occurs, we offer that time slot to clients on our waiting list or those requesting same-day appointments. Without proper notice of cancellation, we are unable to extend that opportunity to another guest.

When a client does not show for a scheduled appointment, another client loses the opportunity to be seen. We appreciate your respect for our providers’ time.


Arrival

Clients are asked to arrive 10–15 minutes prior to their appointment to complete any necessary paperwork.


Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or require rescheduling based on the discretion of the individual provider.


Cancellation & No-Show Policy


Appointment times are reserved specifically for you and your chosen provider.

• A minimum of 24 business hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Same-day cancellations for esthetic and cosmetic services are subject to a $25 fee.
• Same-day cancellations for injectable and wellness services are subject to a $75 fee.
• No-shows may also be subject to the applicable same-day cancellation fee.

Cancellation fees are enforced to protect the time and income of the independent professionals practicing within our space.

Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments.


Refund Policy

All services performed within Perfect 10 are provided by independent professionals.

Services rendered are non-refundable.

Prepaid services, promotional pricing, and event specials are non-refundable. However, when approved by the individual provider and if applicable, unused service value may be transferred toward another service offered by that same provider.

Payment is rendered for services performed, not for a guaranteed outcome. Individual results may vary.

Retail product return policies may vary by provider.


Pre-Purchased Services

All services purchased in advance, including promotional or special event pricing, are valid for one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.


Gift Cards


Gift cards:

• Are non-refundable
• Cannot be redeemed for cash
• Must be presented at time of service
• Are valid for one year from date of purchase


Promotional gift cards may not be combined with discounted services unless otherwise specified.


If a gift card is purchased specifically for an individual provider, it may not be transferred to another provider. However, it may be applied toward another service offered by that same provider, when applicable.


Perfect 10 Salon & Spa and the independent professionals practicing within are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.


Personal Property

Perfect 10 Salon & Spa and the independent professionals practicing within are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.


Children

For safety and insurance purposes, children are not permitted in treatment rooms and may not be left unattended in the waiting area.
